If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, Zopuro.com provides its customers with Easy Returns. With Easy Returns, items purchased online can be returned or shipped back to our warehouse, provided the merchandise is in its original packaging and proof of purchase is presented.
LARGE ITEMS DELIVERED BY A FREIGHT CARRIER
1. Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway or an accessible location outside your home. This service does not include: set-up, assembly of items and/or removal of packaging materials.
2. Larger items (container or boxes) purchased on our website may be returned up to 140 days from the delivery date.
3. The item must be packaged and available for pick-up in the same manner it was delivered.
4. Returns on unwanted items delivered by our curbside delivery freight carrier service are subject to a $100 restocking fee.
5. Items cannot be returned to a store. Call our Customer Service team with your order number to arrange for a pick-up.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your original receipt must accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by Zopuro to be unworn/undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund.
Merchandise can be returned up to

* 14 days for foods
Refunds, returns or exchanges will not be made on Gift Boxes.
If PayPal was used, and the item is being returned via post, your Paypal account will be credited for the return amount. If PayPal was used, and a price adjustment is made, the adjusted amount will be applied to a check mailed to your registered address. There are no fees for using PayPal.
Note: If PayPal was used, and the item is being returned to one of our stores, we will be required to process the refund to cash as our stores POS system does not accept PayPal.
Merchandise returned/exchanged without a receipt, will be refunded as Gift Card at the lowest sale price. For audit purposes, we ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number. Valid photo ID may be required.
Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase for supplement only. Your original receipt must accompany the returned item(s). The refunded amount will be applied to the original method of payment. Delivery, shipping and installation fees are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items purchased online can be returned to any Zopuro store or shipped back to our warehouse. Shipping fees apply to items returned by mail unless the item was damaged or broken, or the wrong item was sent. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.

Price adjustments will not be made for clearance merchandise.
Refunds/exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period.
